Scallows is perfect. Immaculate brand new shower & loo block. Huge showers. No charge. Flat pitches. Not too many. Pretty area and all topped off with a tawny owl hooting at night. Definitely the best CCC small Certified site we’ve ever been to.

A great site with level hard standing pitches, excellent toilet and shower facilities and a very welcoming owner. The site is on the edge of the village with a pub serving good food and locally brewed beer. We had a great few days exploring the area and will definitely return.

We have stayed at this lovely site on many occasions over the last year. A small, beautiful campsite with wonderful views and easy access to Eastbourne, Lewes and Brighton. The owner Tim always makes us feel so welcome and the showers and toilets are beautifully decorated.

Lovely little site just off the A22. Good wide level pitches with name tags so you could set up straight away. All the facilities are new, including a small toilet block with a shower room better than my one at home. Tim visited us to check we had everything we needed.

Hard stands with room to manoeuvre when towing, electric hookup to the rear of each pitch, two drinking water taps and a separate waste area. The extra bonus is a building containing two well-presented wet rooms and toilets. We will be back!

Wonderful rural location with the village only 10–15 minutes walk. Hard standing pitches very well maintained and the shower cabin superb and immaculately clean. East Hoathly has a lovely pub with great homecooked food and a well-stocked village store. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed on this lovely site for three weeks. Generous hard standing pitches with their own electrics, toilets and showers spotless with always plenty of hot water. Lots of owls to hear at night and the lovely little village of East Hoathly a two minute drive down the road.

A lovely small campsite in a beautiful and secluded location. The facilities were clean and really well thought out. The water taps had an arch with honeysuckle growing over it. A lot of thought had been put into the layout of the site. The owner is friendly and welcoming. I would go back.
